The Belgian Pavilion at Expo 2025 Osaka, designed by Carré7 and architect Cyril Rousseaux, celebrates water as a symbol of “Saving Lives” and “Human Regeneration.” It guides visitors through an immersive journey exploring water in its solid, liquid and gas forms. A central “heart” structure connects the spaces, combining symbolic depth with functional flow. Inspired by Japanese kintsugi, the design reflects themes of healing and renewal. Interactive exhibits showcase Belgian advances in life sciences, AI and robotics.
